All documents come in PDF format; to be able to read the documents on your PC you will need a programme like Adobe Acrobat Reader®. If you need to download the Adobe Reader click here.

If you have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed it depends on your browser if a PDF file is being downloaded or if it is opened within your browser. Internet Explorer tries to open the PDF file, while Firefox will download it [unless you have the 'PDF DOWNLOAD'-plug-in installed].
If you are using Internet Explorer and you do not want to open the PDF file within the browser then download the 'ZIPPED' version of the respective file.
